Last year, I was introduced to Sound & Fury, a vaudeville-nouveau trio who present original comic genre-parody plays.
After really enjoying their show and style of improve I decided to take another shot at watching their Fringe Fest performance this year. I wasn’t disappointed.
Sound & Fury’s contribution to the Fringe this year was homage to legendary British Director and Producer Alfred Hitchcock. Along with their quick wit and great
comedy, the trio introduced some more technical aspects to their performance. This primarily was through a projector, which had great background scenes for telling the story. But don’t worry; Sound & Fury make sure to keep their classic recipe of constant wardrobe changes and interesting audience participation.
Even if you don’t know much about Hitchcock (I don’t) the show is entertaining and high energy. And for those who are Hitchcock fans, I’m sure you’ll like it even more.
