Usually, the popularity of the band or the song adds up to the excitement in hearing the music. However, in some cases, the obscurity could also make the listening experience far more interesting and thrilling. It may be compared with tasting a certain kind of delicious delicacy that is not always readily available. It can make the listener want some more.
