ON CUE: Winnipeg Pinoy Bilyarista

To all billiards enthusiasts out there, did you know that there is a group that you can have fun and build friendship with on the pool table? The Winnipeg Pinoy Bilyarista is a group created to gather and highlight the skills of the Filipino pool players living in Winnipeg and the surrounding rural areas of Manitoba-Canada.

Originally formed by billiard players, Brando Villordon, Edd de Leon and Rudy Escarlan, the group started small with only ten members just playing regularly. It was not until Elison Duque joined that the members grew in number. He saw the potential to expand the organization to not only play but to also build camaraderie.

The group is open to welcome players with different ranking and skill level from within and outside Winnipeg. Gathering regularly at Bourbon Street Billiards downtown, WPB, get to play and even hold tournaments.
