Welcome to Canada! The Generillo family immigrated to Canada in 2006 and during a special citizenship swearing-in ceremony at the Manitoba Legislature in honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee were welcomed as new Canadians. The ceremony held on February 14th welcomed 40 new Canadians. The speical Diamond Jubilee citizenship ceremony was attended by Premier Greg Selinger and Hon. Christine Melnyk, Minister of Immigration and Multiculturalism.
