Minister Andrew Smith holds Christmas open house

Ethnocultural Christmas decors heightened the spirit of the season.

MLA Andrew Smith, Lagimodiere, Minister of Sport, Culture and Heritage held last Saturday, December 10, a Christmas Open House in office at the Legislature and welcomed officers and members of the various ethnocultural organizations.

One of the highlights of the event was decorating the Christmas tree with various ethnic decorations, and considered it an EthnoChristmas Tree, giving the spirit of the season in high gear.

Feasting on delectable East Indian food and holiday drinks, the guests had a closer engagement with MLA Smith, telling lots of stories about their communities and activities in promoting their own culture and heritage.
