Zach Collaros, Andrew Harris and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are heading to the 107th Grey Cup in Calgary. They will take on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in Calgary on Sunday, November 24. Kick-off is 5:00 pm Central.
The Bombers have the momentum after a huge win against the defending 2018 Grey Cup champion Calgary Stampeders 35-14 in the western conference semi-final. Last weekend, the Bombers beat the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Regina at Mosaic Stadium 20-13 in the Western Conference Final.
The last time the Winnipeg Blue Bombers won the Grey Cup was 30 years ago in 1990. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats haven’t won the cup in 20 years. Those are the two longest Grey Cup championship droughts for CFL teams. On Sunday, one of those droughts will end and I hope it’s the Bombers. Go Bombers Go!
