Raptors beat Magic to even series

The Toronto Raptors trounced the visiting Orlando Magic 111-82 Tuesday night to even the first-round Eastern Conference playoff series at one game apiece.

The Raptors was leading throughout the game with Kawhi Leonard scoring 37 points on 15-for-22 shooting from the field. Pascal Siakam added 19 points and 10 rebounds while Kyle Lowry contributed 22 points and seven assists. Off the bench, Serge Ibaka scored 13 points and eight rebounds.

Topscoring for the Magic in their losing quest was Aaron Gordon with 20 points. Terrence Ross and Evan Fournier added 15 points and 10 points, respectively.

Toronto scored the first 11 points of the game and led 26-18 after the first quarter. They were ahead by 12 points at halftime and took a 24-point lead into the fourth quarter. The best-of-seven series moves to Orlando for the next two games on Friday and Sunday.
