An overwhelming success of the 2019 Quezon Province Association of Manitoba held last June 1st became the talk of the town, making the annual religious celebration as one of the biggest showcase of the Quezon’s heritage and culture.
Led by the Hermano and Hermana Mayor, Jhun and Julie Manzanilla, assisted by the Hermanito Mayor, Gerrad Mendoza and Hermanita Mayor, Cheerie-Ann Rojas. And for the first time, Bb. Niyogyugan, Bernardette Bagnas graced the celebration.
Added to the religious pageantry is Reyna Elena, Johsa Marie G. Manzanilla, with Constantino, Sebastian Santos and escort Christian Schroedter. And there were ten reynas and these include Coleen Damaso, Reyna Emperatriz; Arianne Fernando, Reyna de los Flores; Sheree Mendoza, Reyna de Santisimo Rosario; Miriam Fernandez Yabut, Reyna de las Virgenes; Paula Mutuc, Reyna de los Confessores; Sephanie Cruz, Reyna de los Apostoles; Amanda Cahatol, Reyna de los Santos; Kristian Cahatol, Reyna de los Profetas; Reeza Rojas, Reyna del Cielo; and Carlynn Mae Rojas, Reyna de las Paz. Included in the celebration were sagalas and their consorts.
There were many aranyas and “pabitin” for every guest delight. Savoury food and delicacies were enjoyed by the guests.
