The largest Filipino community event is moving from downtown to the heart of the Filipino community in Winnipeg. After two years, the popular summer festival that celebrates Filipino culture, heritage and food is moving to the Maple Multiplex for a 2 days on June 9 and 10. The parade, floats, performances and food stall will continue and more programing is expected to be over the next couple of months.
The MFSF board and committee held a joint news conference last Sunday in cooperation with Beyond Limit Productions including a special surprise performance by Lani Misalucha.
