Pokwang , an award-winning actress and well-loved comedian is now a certified Kapuso after signing a contract last Friday, June 18, 2021, in GMA Network.
Known for her unique talent and skillfulness on screen as she starred on numerous TV programs and movies throughout the years. Pokwang (Marietta Subong), due to her driven passion to showcase her variety of talents and to grow more in the industry, decided to become a Kapuso artist.
“I wanted to continue what I have started, share more of my experience and I’m very grateful to the new station for opening me that door,” Pokwang said in an interview. GMA Network is thrilled to announce Pokwang to be added to their roster of stars.
Pokwang is now preparing for her role in Pepito Manaloto’s “Ang Unang Kuwento” and will be guesting in various GMA programs. She also dreams of one day collaborate with other Kapuso artists on her top list.
