Fajardo next to Spain’s Gasol as most efficient player

Gilas Pilipinas back-up center June Mar Fajardo has been rated by Real GM with 44.92 efficiency rating making him the second most efficient player in the 2014 FIBA World Cup behind Spain’s Pau Gasol’s 48.66..

In Gilas’ first three games, the reigning PBA MVP played in only nine minutes per game. He delivered six points, four rebounds and one shot block while shooting 59.3 percent from the field and committing only one turnover. He has shot 7-of-12 from the field while converting all of his four three throws. His best game was against Greece where he finished with 10 points in 10 minutes aside from grabbing seven boards, one steal and two blocks.

Rounding up the top five most efficient players are Zoran Dragic (44.82) of Slovenia USA’s Anthony Davis (44.2) of the New Orleans Pelicans and Serge Ibaka (41:41) of Spain.
