Purpose: Assist the Education Developer in summer programming
As part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program: This position is to be filled by an individual who is currently enrolled in a post secondary program and will be return to this program at the end of this 8 week term
This individual will help with the running of the summer programing happening at Rainbow Stage
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Research, data entry, general administrative tasks such as emailing and photocopying.
Development, program writing and implementation of educational programs.
Assist with set up class room space
Manage organize and request supplies, materials or equipment as needed, supervise and assist with all class room activities.
This individual will work hand in hand with the educational developer to ensure the summer programing runs smoothly and efficiently.
Experience with music, theatre and dance considered and asset.
Term to start July 3 and run till August 31, 30 hours worked per week. Compensation is $12.50 per hour.
