Rodrigo Duterte, Mayor of Davao City, is offering legal services to all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who fell victim to the “tanim bala” scheme at the local airports.
Duterte stated that he would welcome any OFW who would seek his legal help free of charge.
The Davao City Mayor also demanded that President Benigno Aquino III replace all personnel at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) based on his suspicion that a syndicate may be behind the incidents.
