Angel Locsin and her fiancé Neil Arce flew to Davao City to donate and volunteer in the distribution of relief goods to the quake-affected communities.
The Kapamilya actress has been known for her charitable works. During the annual ABS-CBN Ball to Bantay Bata, Locsin directly donated the money she should have used to buy a gown for the event. In 2017, Locsin also donated relief goods to the victims of the Marawi siege. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said a total of 23 people have died from the earthquakes that have struck Cotabato and adjacent areas in Mindanao since October 16.
