For the first time, with her family members who fully involved and engaged in the ceremony, Zeny Calimlim was proclaimed and crowned as the 2016 OFSAM Mother of the Year.
Zeny Calimlim, also crowned as Mrs. Luzon Manitoba during the MaCCFA’s 2014 Yolanda Fund Raising Beauty Pageant, was joined by the members of her family and the officers and members of the Original Filipino Senior Association of Manitoba (OFSAM) during the annual celebration honoring our mothers and grandmothers held recently at Eaton Hall, Marlborough Hotel.
Emceed by Rod E. Cantiveros, FJ co-publisher and past president of MaCCFA, and member of OFSAM, the program went truly a family affair, making the event as a memorable celebration honoring our mothers.
