Celebrating its 47th Anniversary, Festival du Voyageur opened with a weekend full of activities from snow sculptures, themed activities in the new Universite de Saint Boniface Portage Tent. In honour of Louis Riel Day on Monday, February 15, Festival du Voyageur offered a full day of programming including the Giant Louis Riel Family Mosaic. The mosaic was created by photos sent to Festival du Voyageur throughout the year and unveiled at Fort Gibraltar.
