Mayor Brian Bowman hosts the 118th Philippine Independence at the City Hall

The officers and members of the Manitoba Council of Canadian Filipino Associations together with the host, His Worship Mayor Brian Bowman held a Filipino Flag raising ceremony at the City Hall quadrangle June 9
