Even during the opening video roll, screaming fans caused quite the frenzy as they waited in earnest to see Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo and Kim Chiu hit the stage. Winnipeg was the fourth and last stop on Star Magic’s One Magical Night Canadian tour that brought them to Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver.
One Magical Night kicked of the evening featuring local artists April Rose Llave, Ian Chester Abad and Oishly Alcid. John Lapus opened the main performance with a comedy skit followed by a candid performance by Marcelito Pomoy with two guest audience members singing “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen animated movie.
It was screaming and shouting all night long when Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla and Kim Chiu hit the stage. What happens when Kim Chiu has a t-shirt giveaway on stage? Lots and lots of fans screaming at the top of their lungs for an autographed t-shirt. The fans went completely crazy during Daniel and Kathryn’s duet and nearly pop the roof on the full house at the Pantages Playhouse Theatre.
