First Parol Float
Santa’s New Sleigh at the 2018 Santa Claus Parade
Santa was sporting his brand new sleigh and float at the 2018 Santa Claus Parade. Thousands of onlookers lined Portage Ave as the floats, mascots and Christmas costumed walkers made their way through Downtown Winnipeg.
Paskong Pinoy’s float included traditional Filipino Christmas lanterns.
Float sponsors include Pt. Douglas Councillor, Vivian Santos, acting deputy mayor; Focus Hyndai, Home Depot and Sevillano General Contracting.
Float initiative was led by Lourdes Federis.
