Daniel Mac Collegiate (DMCI) will be hosting an event called “It’s more Fun in the Philippines “ on Friday June 5th, 2015. Tickets are $5.00 each and proceeds will be donated to help a school in the Philippines damaged by Typhoon Haiyan.
Flag Raising Ceremony at City hall will be held on Monday June 8th, 2015 time will be announced at a later date ….
The PHCM envisioning Celebration held on March 7th, 2015 was a success ! Come and see what transpired from the community group work by joining us on Thursday June 11th for dessert and coffee anytime between 7:00 – 10:00
The PHCM proudly presents the Philippine Heritage Ball on Friday June 12th, 2015 at the Marlborough Hotel, 6:00 pm. Tickets are $40.00 each and includes dinner and dancing !

Based on feedback from the community envisioning event in March, our community has expressed a need for more communication of events and ways to get involved in our community ! PHCM is working on a calendar of events for the Filipino Community so that they can be informed of all the events in our community, such as the Manitoba Filipino Street Festival events, in particular, Tiangge Ng Bayan to also be held in the week of Philippine Heritage and all the wonderful Fiestas and celebrations of all of the Philippine groups here in Manitoba !
