Pacquiao will be too much for Bradley

Pacquiao will be too much for Bradley

Manny Pacquiao is expected to control Tim Bradley just like what he did to Miguel Cotto.

This was the pre-fight assessment of Buboy Fernandez referring from Pacquiao’s dominating performance against the Puerto Rican champion in Nov. 2009.

Fernandez, a long-time member of Team Pacquiao since the late-1990s said Bradley hasn’t fought a fighter of Pacquiao’s caliber and it will be a big surprise if he will last 12rounds. Cotto almost went the distance with Pacquiao before the referee stepped the fight with less than a minute to go in the 12th and final round.

Still an elite fighter like Manny is not taking the unbeaten American fighter lightly as he prepares for their welterweight bout June 9 at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas

The Bradley fight isn’t even over yet but Pacquiao knows everybody will ask him about the potential of a Mayweather fight in November. He said he’s still willing to fight Mayweather but he has to fight first the guys who are hungry to fight him like. Bradley.

For his part, Bradley conceded that Pacquiao is the best fighter in the history of boxing. However he said Pacquiao has reigned for a long time, and the boxing world needs a new face like him.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Renner, the star of Bourne Legacy who spent some of weeks in Manila to shoot scenes a few months ago, dropped by to say hello to the pound-for-pound king. Renner even posed for pictures with Pacquiao, saying he will be at ringside next week to root for him.
