It seems the House of Representatives have run out of awards for Saranggani Rep.? Manny Pacquiao since it has already?bestowed him with the highest available award from Congress, the Congressional Medal of Distinction.
The lower House therefore passed Resolution 109 on Monday congratulating him for defending his crown against Sugar Shane Mosley.
