Enrique Gil tries out something new in his upcoming film “Dukot.”
For a change, the Kapamilya actor is starring in a project without his onscreen partner and rumored girlfriend, actress Liza Soberano. He will be the lead actor in the upcoming action movie “Dukot,” which takes him out of his comfort zone of doing comedy, drama and romantic comedy. Directed by Paul Soriano, the movie is based on a real kidnapping incident in the country more than eight years ago. Also part of the film are Shaina Magdayao, Ricky Davao, Christopher de Leon and Alex Medina. “Dukot” will be in theaters on July 13.
