Stuart Berenhaut is part of a three agent real estate team, specializing in first-time home buyers, residential, condos and commercial/investment properties. He has been in the real estate industry for six years, and is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a B. Comm (Honours). Before starting his career as a realtor, he spent 13 years in the sales industry as a regional sales trainer for GlaxoSmithKline, a multi-national pharmaceutical company.
The best part about being a realtor? Stuart says he loves seeing his clients’ sheer excitement when they purchase a property (especially if they’re first-time home buyers). With close to 50% of his client base coming from the Filipino community, it was a natural fit for Stuart to join the MFBC family. As a family-oriented business man, he has many of the same goals and motivations that sing loudly within the Filipino business comunity.
