Megastar Sharon Cuneta’s “Sharon: My 40 Years” concert was held last Sunday evening, March 3rd at the Centennial Concert Hall. The show being toured in some parts of the USA and Canada is the Megastar’s offering on her 40th year in showbusiness. Not only did Cuneta serenade the crowd with her classic songs such as PS I Love You and Mr. DJ, but also reminisced with them some of the highlights of her career and personal life which is pretty much an open book.
Cuneta was joined by no other than her daughter KC Concepcion who at one point in the concert got emotional with her mom about their mother-daughter bond. The show was directed by multi-awarded musician and songwriter Louie Ocampo.
Dance Kids winner, Fil-Can dancer and singer AC Bonifacio of “Lucky Aces,” alongside Winnipeg pride Paul Ong and Maria Aragon also performed and were applauded in the show.
The show was presented by Sugar Blooms & Cakes, Abot Kaya Frozen and Non Frozen Goods and Divine Mortgage Group.
Emcees of the show were CKJS’s Donna Natividad-Arenas and Lendyll Soriano.
