Masterchef Canada runner-up Chef Jeremy Senaris will be launching his new LASA series pop-up dinner next month at Kitchen Sync with two evening sittings on October 7 and 8.

Isa: Tuna Kinilaw poke bowl with wakame salad, avocado, pickled cucumber and carrot on top of sushi rice.
Dalawa: Crab fat noodles, deep fried noodle wrapped shrimp, green onion, udon noodles.
Tatlo: Braised short rib bistek, short rib braised in soy and calamansi juice, fried crispy onions, green onion/parsnip puree.
Apat: Pinakbet & Caviar, crispy pork belly on top off squash puree, grilled eggplants & stringbeans, deep fried okra, bittemelon relish and bagoong caviar.
Lima: Coconut sable & calamansi choux pastry. Choux pastry filled with calamansi curd, ube croutons, candied calamansi, whipped cream.
