Indonesian urges govt to crush ASG

Teo Doros Kofong, one of the three Indonesians who were freed by the Abu Sayyaf has exhorted both the Philippine and Indonesian government to keep conducting military operations to finally crush the bandit group.

Kofong and his fellow fishermen, Lorence Koten and Emmanuel Arakian, were freed to Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) founding chair Nur Misuari in Indanan town before midnight on Saturday. The three were kidnapped last July 19 in Lahad Datu in Indonesia. They expressed gratitude to the MNLF and the Philippine and Indonesian governments for negotiating for their release.
