Veteran actress Lorna Tolentino denied transferring to GMA 7 from TV5 allegedly because of poor ratings.
Tolentino said she parted with TV5 amicably, adding that she will still be seen on TV5 programs “Artista Academy” and “Third Eye” until this month. She also pointed out that the executives in all of the three networks including ABS-CBN are her friends.
The 50-year-old actress, wife of the late action star Rudy Fernandez, signed a two-year contract last week with the Kapuso network in the presence of her talent manager Lolit Solis, GMA president and COO Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., network chair and CEO Felipe L. Gozon and Entertainment TV vice president Lilybeth G. Rasonable.
She recently underwent a four-day stem cell treatment in Germany to fix hormonal imbalance as a result of menopause.
