Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin, one of the more successful love teams of the ’90s, are to set to be reunited after almost a decade via the TV series “Flordeliza.”
Both Jolina and Marvin started their careers in ABS-CBN. In 1996 they did the teen TV series “Gimik” followed by “Labs Ko Si Babe” in 1999 which further popularized their screen team-up. The duo also starred in several hit movies including “Hey Babe.” They eventually parted ways. Jolina is now happily married to Rivermaya drummer Mark Escueta. Marvin is now a concert producer and successful restaurant businessman.
“Flordeliza” is directed by Wenn Deramas who worked with Marvin and Jolina in the 2002 movie “Kung Ikaw Ay Isang Panaginip.”
