It was a fun and busy Juno weekend! On the Saturday before the awards show, Manitoba Music held a workshop with Juno-nominated producers and engineers. It was wonderful to hear insight from such high-caliber, experienced professionals. The room was packed with local producers and fellow artists. That night I opened for Juno-winning and Grammy-nominated R&B artist Glenn Lewis at TYC Event Centre. He put on a fantastic show and it was great to meet and talk with him. Manitoba Music was gracious enough to offer complimentary tickets to the awards show on Sunday night, and being right by the stage for all the performances was an inspiring and unforgettable experience!
