IKAW’s vision is to promote a team sport, strengthen and motivate individuals to play our national sport of basketball! To lead and be good examples and role models to both young and older athletes in our commuity.
The teams who participated are as follows: Amnestied, Redstar 1, Perfect Smile, Pimp My Rice, Loralee, Buhler Versatile, Redstar 2, Mekinisons, Watawat, Medi Boyz, Tribu Sugbu, Celebrity, Marada Monster, Redstar 3, Remax Andrew Castro, Freestyle, Greenhills Realty, JEM Insurance, Knights, Land Mhel, Jojo Villanueva, Waverley Mitsubishi, Nelson Lanten, Ricky Alcera, Tropang Trending, Dabarkads, Blackjack, SQ Tech, Homer Lacap, Guimba Blackjack, Red Eagle, Los Envoy’z, not including the 12 teams for kids.
Best Muse or Miss IKAW 2014 was split between Blackjack, Remax Andrew Castro and Perfect Smile where each Muse received $100 courtesy of MP Kevin Lamoureax; Best Uniform goes to Ricky Alcera’s Team who won $100 courtesy of Councillor Mike Pagtakhan.
