Evangeline’s Hair FX celebrated their grand opening in early September by welcoming family, friends and clients to visit their new salon in Winnipeg’s West End. Just a block west from Ellice and Arlington, the staff and mangement headed by Vangie Laxa Mance would like to invite existing and new clients to visit them.
