In a matter of days, the Red River Mutual Trail was officially closed on Monday, March 9 due to several days of warm weather that turned the 6.1kms river trail into a trail of slush. While the official start of spring is a couple days away, that didn’t stop Winnipegers from throwing away the winter coats heading outdoors to enjoy the sunny and warm weather. This included Shooters Family Golf Centre opening last weekend to greet avid golfers with buckets of golf balls.
