This year Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Winnipeg is offering free jiu-jitsu to women in Winnipeg for 1 year. This program is designed to teach women 48 techniques that will empower them and show them how to defend against an attacker. The program uses a curriculum developed to teach a student how to defend themselves in the fast and most efficient way possible. The most amazing part is that no previous experience is required because all lessons are taught as if you never learned a lesson prior.
All that is required to participate in the program for free is that a student donates a minimum of $10 of non-perishable goods to the school every month. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Winnipeg is committed to helping the community and will be collecting the donations to give to Winnipeg Harvest on a monthly basis. If you are interested in helping with a food drive and would like to take world class jiu-jitsu at Winnipeg’s premiere Gracie Jiu-Jitsu School please visit www.graciejiujitsuwinnipeg.com.
