Family, relatives and friends of two young Filipino kids are mourning the loss of David Medina, 12 and Jhonalyn Javier, 11. The drowning victims were pulled from the water at Grand Beach on Monday, August 1st.
David is turning 13 years old, and he migrated here in Winnipeg last Nov 26, 2014. They’re originally from Dasmarinas, Cavite.
While Jhonalyn is only 11 years old and arrived here last year Aug 12, 2015 from Angeles City, Pampanga.
