“I am so humbled by the recognition given to me by the Manitoba Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards governing body, and I am so honored to be one of the Manitoba women who have ventured, and who have become of the major engines in our provincial economy,” says Felly Grieve, owner/operator of A1 Nutrition. ” And I do recognize my passionate staff and our wonderful customers for giving me the opportunity to work with them and serve them.”
The A1 Nutrition at Grant Park Shopping Centre started with a humble beginning. In 2004, Felly Grieve bought the business and she was able to turn it into a major health store offering a wide range of natural products including supplements, homeopathic remedies, beauty and health food products.
“With the surge of making yourself healthy through the alternative health products, A1 Nutrition has been serving the large community. Our customers come not only from the River Heights District but also from other areas in Winnipeg, and outside the city,” Fely says with a smile. “And we are happy to help people to become healthier, happier in their lives. My most willing staff and myself are here to find the best products for their needs. We even serve some samples and special offers.”
