Erap said this Monday that he’s planning to retire when asked if he will seek a second term in 2016.
He already committed to his vice mayor Francisco Domagoso popularly known as Isko Moreno, was also an actor and a three-term councilor of the city’s first congressional district.
Isko may continue the projects he had started. He added that Isko is very much qualified.
