A Filipino boy earned admiration for his singing talent during the Miss World 2011 Charity Ball held in London last Oct. 31.
Clark Gamul, an 11-year old boy wonder wowed the audience composed of beauty queens and VIPs with his outstanding rendition of the Smokey Mountain classic “Paraiso”
Miss World beauties then joined the young singer for his encore performance of “We Are The World.”
Clark, together with his family, was invited by Miss World Organization CEO and founder Julia Morley for a charity performance at the Miss World.
The boy’s singing talent has also earned for him invitations from other countries including South Korea, South Africa, and New Zealand.
Clark came from a poor life in Cubao, Quezon City. His father, who once worked as a tricycle driver, never thought that their son’s voice would take him around the word.
Clark is also the Child Ambassador of the Hope for Children, the fund-raising initiative of his sponsor, global corporate branding company Fusion Excel.
