The Citizen Equity Committee (CEC) is a City of Winnipeg Committee that is mandated to advise and make recommendations on issues of equity and diversity as they impact City policies, procedures, and services.
CEC members include Councillor John Orlikow, Chairperson; Councillor Mike Pagtakhan, His Worship Mayor Sam Katz (ex-officio member), Heather Flynn, Ramesh C. Gupta, Steven Hennessey, Florence Okwudili, Solange Sookram, Sylvia Todaschuk, Randy Viray and Clive Wightman. From the Winnipeg Public Service, Kwabena Osei-Bonsu, Mr. A. Poitras, and Ms. J. Halliburton.
