
Assiniboine Park Zoo is ready to welcome visitors to Zoo Lights presented by Red River Co-op. The after hours, ticketed event will run over the course of 31 nights between December 1, 2022 and January 8, 2023.
Here’s what visitors can look forward to during 31 nights of Zoo Lights!
DAZZLING LIGHT DISPLAYS
• Over 1.5 million lights and displays spread out along a two-kilometer pathway loop including photogenic favourites like the LOVE sign on Lovers Lane, blankets of cascading aurora borealis lights, and the colourful light tunnel along the Tundra Trail.
LIVE MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
• A diverse line-up of live music and entertainment that includes performers like Stanley County Cutups, Andrina Turenne, The Solutions, The Big Naturals: A Tribute To Dolly Parton, Al Simmons, The Funky Miracles, The Sturgeons, Sierra Noble, and many more!
• Themed nights curated by Festival du Voyageur, Prairie Wind Music Festival, Real Love Winnipeg, The Good Will Social Club, West End Cultural Centre, Times Change(d) High & Lonesome Club, and Harvest Moon Festival.
HOT EATS AND TASTY TREATS ($)
• Apple pie mini donuts, bannock bites with a maple saskatoon berry dipping sauce, chocolate candy cane stout loaf, hamburger soup and bannock, soft pretzels, poutine, nachos and cheese, and a variety of other tasty meals and treats can be purchased at the Tundra Grill, Winston’s, Bison Snack Shack and the heated Town Hall tent.
• A selection of curated hot and cold cocktails is available for grown-ups.
TICKET INFORMATION
• Tickets are date and time specific. Guests must enter the Zoo within the 30-minute time frame indicated on their ticket. Tickets do not have a designated exit time.
• All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to be counted toward capacity. Tickets for children 2 years of age and under are FREE. Tickets for all guests 3 years of age and older are $16.00 + GST.
