Youth forum creates opportunities for success

Six speakers coming from different backgrounds and fields came together to highlight their success stories to students at Daniel McIntyre Collegiate. The students were engaged in a ice-breaking and networking excercise to kickoff the forum, followed by a panel discussion and ending with breakout sessions with the speakers. Participants in the youth forum, both young and old, shared personal memories of work, education and life lessons throughout the evening. Each panelist shared their road to success and highlighted their perseverance toward a successful and enriched life.

The six speakers invited to the Youth Forum on Building Success were:
• Dario Agravante Cidro, PhD – Community Health Sciences (University of Manitoba) Faculty
• Johann Generao – Digital Marketing Specialist, Co-founder of Winnipeg Got Sole, and DMCI graduation donor
