Wheeler, Hellebuyck were named to NHL All-Star celebration in Tampa Bay at the end of January. It will be Blake Wheeler and Connor Hellebuyck’s first-time attending as Central Division All-Stars. Both players are having career years and are looking forward to representing the Jets.
Despite losing 2 out of 3 road games – Buffalo 7-4 win, Chicago 2-1 loss, and Minnesota 4-1 loss – before their weeklong player break, the Jets remain 2nd in the Western Conference. The Jets are back in action against Calgary this coming Saturday.
