Industry personalities shared messages for Wenn Deramas following his tragic death early morning Monday, February 29. One of the stars who seriously mourned the passing away of the well-loved film and TV director was the comedian Vice Ganda. Almost all of his movies were directed by the veteran director.

Camille Prats, Christian Bautista, Kean Cipriano, Kakai Bautista, Myrtle Gail, Maris Racal, Antoinette Jadaone, and Jun Lana Deramas was known for directing box-office comedy hits which include the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival entry and the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time, “Beauty and the Bestie.” Vice Ganda is one of the lead stars along with Coco Martin, James Reid, and Nadine Lustre.
