Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada surrendered to the Philippine National Police on Monday morning. Estrada was ordered arrested by the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division for the plunder charge he is facing over the pork barrel fund scam. Accompanied by his wife Precy, their children and his siblings, Jinggoy arrives at the Camp Crame at noontime. Estrada insisted that he is innocent.
