Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo is the official nominee of the Philippines at this year’s MTV European Music Awards (MTV EMAs).
The actress-singer is competing for the Best Southeast Asia Act. The announcement of the winners will be on Nov. 7 at 4 a.m. during the live telecast around the globe from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. There will be a repeat airing on that same day at 9 p.m. Filipino fans can watch the live telecast of the show on MTV Pinoy. The MTV EMAs is one of the biggest global music events of the year. Leading the nominees in the main categories are Beyoncé and Justin Bieber with five nominations each. Filipino fans can vote for Sarah at mtvema.com until 6:59 a.m. on Nov. 6.
