Quezon Province Association of Manitoba’s Q-FUN is a successful sport event with a combination of strikes, spare and canals!
Some bowlers hit the pins with strikes, and some with spares! And some, probably first time bowlers who love to roll the ball hit the canal. No problem, it it is fun to see the balls roll into the platform into the canal. The 1st ever bowling tournament sponsored by QPAM became a major sport event this year.
“I am so happy that we did give our participants a great day to enjoy this 1st QPAM bowling tournament. Thanks to the teams and to our sponsors and to our volunteers for their support and commitment. This Q-FUN would not be successful without your help.” Maggie Chan-Urbano, president of QPAM, said.
The 1st Q-FUN Bowling winners include: Bowlero Team, 1st prize; while Sarbit Team and Team Ba won the 2nd and the 3rd prizes respectively. Individual awards were given to John Aguilar, best 25 points; best costume, Kulit’s Team; early bird, Tuxedo Team; Best Canal player, Leah Enverga-Magsino; best spare, Jon Reyes; highest score, Nelson Celones; youngest bowler, Hannielle Chan-Urbano; and the “opposite of youngest bowler title”, Mannie Aquino.
The sponsors were Buhler Versatile Inc, Coast to Coast Mortgage (Lito Lorenzana), Cole International, Filipino Journal, Jut In Couture, Sarbit Travel and Insurance, UPS (Jon Reyes).
It is really a full of fun to be with QPAM and it will more fun, if you will join their next year’s Q-FUN Bowling Tournament!
Strikes, spare or canal do not matter, your presence is what matters most!
