Pope Francis will visit 11 places in the Philippines

Pope Francis is expected to visit eleven places in Metro Manila and Leyte including Apostolic Nunciature in Taft Avenue, Manila Cathedral and Mall of Asia in Pasay.

The Pope will probably arrive in the Philippines from Sri Lanka around 5 p.m. on January 15. There will be having a motorcade going to the Apostolic Nunciature in Taft. Avenue in Manila.

Pope Francis will visit the Malacañang Palace where he and President Benigno Aquino III will meet together with some Government officials and members of the Diplomatic Corps.

He will also be going in Manila Cathedral in Intramurosto have a mass.

On January 17, Pope Francis will go to the Palo Archdiocese to have a mass near the Tacloban Airport. He will be eating lunch together with some Yolanda victims and he will blessed the Pope Francis Center for the Poor in Palo and will visit the Cathedral of Our Lord’s Transformation (Palo Cathedral).

He will return in Metro Manila on January 18 to unite with the religious leader and youth in University of Santo Tomas. Pope Francis will have a Concluding Mass in QuirinoGranstand in Rizal Park.

The Pope will be leaving the country and will return to Rome on January 19.
