For a breathtaking stop, the town has a suspension bridge that runs 50 m/650 ft long,rising 4 m/13 ft above the water.
Pinawa Heritage Suspension Bridge allows the locals and visitors to connect Pinawa channel to the hiking trails around the area. North of the Pinawa Cemetery, the bridge is part of a loop for interpretive walks, casual fishing, and cross-country skiing in winter. Trails are an easy hikes to enjoy during the summer. Clumps of trees serves shade to the hikers, picnic tables dotted around are perfect for families that wants to stay for a lunch. Make sure you never miss out the chance of checking out the bridge if ever you’re in Pinawa.
