The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh urges all Filipinos to restrict non-essential movement and avoid public places in Yemen due to the continued political and security tensions.
Yemen continues to be under Alert Level 2, or Restriction Phase, the Department of Foreign Affairs remind on Wednesday.
Under Alert Level 2, OFWs with existing labor contracts may return to Yemen. However, the deployment of newly-hired overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) will remain suspended.
