Orli Marcelino was sworn in as the next Honourary Counsul General for Manitoba during ceremonies at the Philippine Consulate (Toronto) last August 16, 2013. Hon. Consul Marcelino was sworn in by Consul-General Junvever Mahilum-West.
The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto wishes to inform the public that a Consular Outreach Team will travel to Winnipeg, Manitoba to render consular services for the Filipino community on September 21-25 (Saturday to Wednesday). Consular services will be held at the Westwood Village Inn, 477 Westwood Drive from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
